DIRECTIONS



For best results we recommend two serves of ND Mass Muscle daily which can be taken with two 15g serves of both maltodextrin and dextrose.

You should also take 3g of creatine with your preferred amount of water or fruit juice once to twice daily.

Creatine Monohydrate should be taken in 8 week cycles with a 1 week period of non-use between cycles.
