A BIG thanks to a special customer of ours, Cilla who created this delicious and healthy protein pancake recipe!

Ingredients - makes approximately 5 pancakes (a large serving for one)
1 medium ripe banana, 1 egg, 1 scoop ND Naturals Whey Protein Isolate protein powder (vanilla flavour), ½ teaspoon baking powder, 1t plain flour, 1t Vanilla, Cinnamon, 1 T sunflower seeds and a splash of milk (or water)


Mash banana with a fork in a large bowl.

Add the remaining ingredients and stir until combined.

Add milk or water, if required, to get a runny consistency.

Add a small amount of coconut oil to a non-stick frypan.

Fry pancakes over medium heat until golden brown each side.

Serve with fresh berries and Greek yoghurt, or your favourite pancake topping.
