Who doesn't love Oreos? Here's a easy healthy version of the original, that packs a MASSIVE 10g of PROTEIN!
3/4 cup Spelt flour
1/4 cup ND Chocolate Protein Powder
2 Tbsp cocoa
1/4 cup Stevia
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup coconut oil
3 Tbsp milk
2 Tbsp maple syrup
1/4 ND vanilla Protein Powder
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup cream cheese
Combine the dry ingredients. In a separate bowl, combine all liquid ingredients. Mix wet into dry to form a dough, then refrigerate 30 minutes before baking.
Preheat an oven to 180 degrees. Roll out dough, and using a cookie cutter, cut out circles of dough. Bake on a greased cookie tray for 10 minutes. Allow to cool.
To make the filling, mix all filling ingredients in a small bowl. Spread between 2 biscuits.
Makes 12 biscuits
