Recipe: Coffee and Cacao Nib Protein Slice

- 5 scoops Nutrients Direct Coffee flavoured Contour Protein or ND Total Whey (or vanilla would be fine)
- 1/4 cup nut butter (probably not peanut as the flavour may overpower)
- 1 tsp coffee dissolved in tbsp water
- 1/4 cup oat flour
- 2 tbsp sweet cacao nibs
- 1/3 cup raw honey
- 2 tbsp coconut oil (melted)
- 2 tbsp almond milk

Chocolate drizzle -
- 2 tbsp chocolate melts
- 1 tsp coffee dissolved in tbsp water

*Line a small baking dish with baking paper
*Mix all ingredients except those for the chocolate drizzle in a bowl together, then spread evenly in baking dish
*melt chocolate melts as per instructions in microwave, then add coffee and combine. Drizzle over slice (you probably wont use all of it)
*Place in fridge to set for approx 4hrs
*Slice!

Serves approx. 8 bars
