Recipe: Phoenix Health Revolution Fruit & Nut Protein Balls

Recipe:

1/3 cup each of raw almonds, cashews and macadamias
1/4 cup incaberries, shredded coconut and goji berries
6 pitted dates
2 tbsp chia seeds
1.5 scoops Nutrients Direct Contour protein powder (vanilla)
1 tsp each cinnamon, ginger
1/2 cup melted coconut oil

All things in food processor, roll into 18 balls and pop into fridge for 2 hours!

10.1mg sodium
10.3g carbs (7.8g sugars)
3.8 g protein
