Nutrients Direct’s protein pancake mix is the perfect ready to make high protein snack, containing wholemeal flour and a blend of protein sources including whey protein concentrate, milk and egg proteins to deliver over 37g of protein per serve and only 2.3g of fat.  Offering a similar 50:50 ratio of protein to carbs to our popular ND Mass Muscle formula, Nutrient Direct’s protein pancake mix is naturally sweetened and makes mouth-watering pancakes.  Our pancake mix is flavoured with only natural flavours and uses the highest grade of stevia as a natural sweetener to ensure a great tasting natural product.

DIRECTIONS
Directions for use:
 

1.  Preheat frying pan and grease well.

2.  Add 100g (2 level scoops) into 150ml water in a shaker and shake to mix.

3.  Pour batter into frying pan to desired size. Cook over low to medium heat for 1-2 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Any remaining batter can be refrigerated for up to 1 day.
