SHIPPING INFORMATION

We charge a flat $12.00 shipping and handling fee for deliveries to anywhere in Australia irrespective of how many items you order. For your security, all our deliveries are shipped by courier and require a signature on delivery as they will not be left at an address unattended without your prior consent. If you are not going to be home and do not provide us with an authority to leave the goods, we recommend that you provide a work address for delivery stating the company name in your order. If you are unavailable to sign for the parcel, the courier will leave a calling card for you to contact them to arrange a second and final delivery.

Should you provide us with an authority to leave the goods, we will instruct the courier to leave the parcel at the delivery address where indicated – we recommend you ensure it is in a safe and secure location. Please note we will not accept any liability for any lost or stolen goods that are left at the delivery address unattended.

A second delivery fee will be incurred if you have provided an incorrect delivery address, if you wish to change the delivery address after your order has been placed or you do not respond to the courier’s calling card left at the delivery address within 2 working days.

SAME DAY DISPATCH

All orders placed before 2pm (AEST) will be dispatched the same working day. Any orders received after 2pm (AEST) or on a Victorian Public Holiday will be dispatched the following business day.

DELIVERY TIMES

All our deliveries take place Monday to Friday. The following estimated delivery times are generally accurate, however we do not accept liability for any delays in delivery that can occur, particularly in rural/regional areas which can take up to an additional 5 working days for delivery:

ORDERING PROCESS

To order from us, simply click on the product you wish to purchase choosing the size, flavour (if applicable) and quantity of items. Once you have made your selection click the “add to cart” button. You can then either continue shopping or complete the transaction by clicking “check out” which will take you to the payment screen.

We accept either Credit Card or Paypal as secure forms of payment. Our site is 256 bit SSL encrypted for all Credit Card purchases giving you peace of mind or alternatively you can pay through Paypal’s own secure payment system.

Once an order is made, you will receive a confirmation email with your unique order number which you should quote as a reference for any queries about your order.

RETURNS POLICY

We offer a 14 day money back guarantee for any change of mind purchases less postage and handling costs. To obtain a refund, simply email us quoting your order number and you will receive a Returns Authorisation Number. In order for the return to be accepted you must use this number when arranging for the product to be returned within 14 days of receipt of purchase. All product returns are at the sender’s expense and must be unused, sealed in original packaging and in a re-saleable condition quoting the relevant return number provided.

Should any of your products be damaged in transit, please ensure that you do not sign for the order and instruct the courier to return the goods to us. If you have signed for the goods although damaged, please contact us immediately so that we can assist you with the return process.

For example, people who order a pack of Whey Protein Isolate or another supplement, and live in VIC, NSW, QLD, ACT or SA, can expect their order to arrive within 1 to 3 working days. Customers who live in WA or NT can count on getting their Whey Protein Isolate order within 2 to 7 working days.

How Much Shipping Do You Charge?

No matter what you order on Nutrients Direct, we will always charge a standard shipping rate of $12.00, this includes the handling and the shipping. Can I Return An Item?

Customers who have ordered a supplement from Nutrients Direct and who are not happy with their purchase are more than free to return the item to us. Nutrients Direct offers a 14 day money back guarantee on all items made available for purchase online.

To obtain a refund or to return an item, simply send an email to us containing the order number. Nutrients Direct will then send you a Returns Authorisation Number. What If An Item Turns Up Damaged?

Even though Nutrients Direct takes many precautions to ensure that your order is safe during transit, we cannot guarantee how your package will be handled once it has left our warehouse. For that reason, we urge our customers to check the package for damage before signing. If your package shows any signs of damage, please contact us immediately so we can contact the courier to collect the damaged parcel and send you a replacement as soon as possible.
